Over the weekend, RHW attended the premiere of Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw in a custom Atelier Versace gown, replete with a thigh-high split and sheer panels. The dress itself was the inspiration behind the makeup created by Patrick Ta. “The dress is very form-fitting and sexy, so Rosie wanted her makeup to be more understated,” he says. “Sexy makeup with a sexy dress wouldn’t be the right fit.” Working with a palette of warm neutral tones, he added just a hint of gold to create his signature glow.
