I had a dress picked out for the special occasion, however there was a big monsoon accompanied by freezing temp and gusty wind on Friday. All my hopes of wearing said dress was destroyed. I opted for a thick cozy off the shoulder sweater with mini skirt and OTK boots for the evening instead and was still freezing.
